When the CIA officially opened the Bocuse Restaurant on campus last month, part of the festivities was this panel discussion, moderated by CIA president Tim Ryan, dedicated to legendary chef. Here Chef Bocuse, his chef son Jerome Bocuse, Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten discuss the history and future of French cuisine.
