Gordon Ramsay's Effort to Ban Shark Fin Soup (Warning: GRAPHIC VIDEO)

Highly prized in many Asian cultures, the sharks' fins are used to create soup that often sells for well over $100 per bowl. But how is such an expensive item sourced? Gordon Ramsey shows you, and to be frank it's one of the most awful practices in the food industry. (Warning-very graphic images and language in the video above)

There are children starving in Africa. At least the body of the shark should go to them

This is insanity.. as an inspiring chef, and as a shark lover... why do that to these animals? if you're not going to use all of the animal, or a majority thereof, then why bother killing it? Disturbing.
