We've been fans of the Perennial Plate for awhile, but this episode was particularly meaningful to me. I've spent most of my cooking career working very closely with small farms -many of them in Vermont- and I know Cobb Hill well. They make one of the state's finest cheeses, and the community works together on one of the most productive small farms I've ever come across. Enjoy Daniel Klein's glimpse into their everyday life.
