Mr. Keller stresses some very good points despite the fact that his views are simply a matter of common knowledge. However, there is a big difference between desire and passion in this regard. Desire is immaterial and an emotional stereotype. It is passion by definition that drives the individual in pursuant to excellence, high standards and success. To the contrary of Mr. keller's belief's, discipline trumps desire everytime because in the absence of discipline, there is no desire nor passion-
