In his new documentary SOMM, filmmaker Jason Wise follows a quartet of ace American oenophiles as they attempt to achieve Master Sommelier status. The three-part, three-day test is administered by the Court of Master Sommeliers and covers every possible nuance of vino. Fewer than 200 folks currently hold the title.
