Gastón and Ferrán do Lima in Perú Sabe La Comida, Arma Social

We are big fans of both Peruvian food and its most ardent ambassador, Chef Gastón Acurio, so we are really looking forward to seeing Perú Sabe: La Cocina, Arma Social, a documentary by Jesús María Santos. The film follows Acurio as he leads his friend Ferrán Adriá through Lima and across the Andes, exploring the food and indigenous ingredients of the country and the social changes being spurred by cuisine. The film, which also features appearances by Dan Barber from New York's Blue Hill and Rene Redzepi from Denmark's Noma, debuts in Lima on June 8th and in New York June 11th.
