An Oldie But a Goodie: Gotham's Tuna Tartare

Now that it's 2012 you can argue that tuna tartare has been done to death, but in the 1980's it was fairly avant-garde. Over on Eater NY's 'Untouchables' series, they've highlighted one of the originals -Alfred Portale's Tuna Tartare from Gotham Bar and Grill.
