Spicy Mustard Aioli with High Oleic Soybean Oil

Spicy High oleic soybean oil blended with spicy mustard, black pepper, roasted garlic, apple cider vinegar, and egg yolk until emulsified.

2 each • Egg Yolk
.25 cup • Spicy Mustard
.25 tsp • Cayenne Pepper
.5 tsp • Black Pepper • Ground
.5 tsp • Kosher Salt
.5 tsp • Roasted Garlic Granules
1 tbsp • Apple Cider Vinegar
.75 cup • High Oleic Soybean Oil
In a blender, add egg yolks, mustard, pepper, garlic, and vinegar. Blend on med-high, while slowly adding high oleic soybean oil. Blended mixture should resemble aioli, light and whipped.
