High oleic soybean oil blended with roasted tomato, zesty lemon, fresh herbs, and a touch of garlic.

.75 cup • High Oleic Soybean Oil
.5 cup • Roasted Tomatoes
1 tsp • Lemon Zest
.75 cup • Lemon Juice
1 tbsp • Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp • Red Onion • Chopped
1 clove • Garlic, Fresh
1 tsp • Thyme, Fresh • Stems removed
.25 tsp • Black Pepper • Ground
.5 tsp • Kosher Salt
Blend all ingredients together on med-high until dressing is smooth.
