Rosemary, Parmesan, and Almond Pesto with High Oleic Soybean Oil
High oleic soybean oil processed with fresh rosemary, basil, parsley, parmesan cheese, garlic and roasted almonds.

Step 1
.25 cup • Almonds, Roasted Unsalted • Finely chopped
.25 cup • Rosemary, Fresh • Stems removed
.25 cup • Basil, Fresh • Stems removed, packed
.25 cup • Parsley, Fresh • Stems removed, packed
.25 cup • Parmesan Cheese • Grated
2 cloves • Garlic, Fresh
.75 tsp • Kosher salt
.25 tsp • Black Pepper • Ground
.25 cup • High Oleic Soybean Oil
In a food processor, combine all ingredients until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature through service.
