Kuli Kuli - African Peanut Crackers

Step 1
2 cups • Peanuts - salted and dry-roasted
In a food processor, grind the peanuts to a granular paste just before turning to peanut butter. Place in a clean towel and fold in the peanut mixture, Squeeze several time to extract the fat.
Step 2
2 tsp • Ginger - ground
1 tbsp • Bouillon powder
1/8 tsp • Cayenne pepper
as needed • Warm water
In a bowl, place the peanut mixture, ginger, bouillon powder and cayenne. Break up and mix together. Add water as needed to make a paste that holds together.
Step 3
4 cups • Peanut Oil
Pre heat peanut oil to 350°. Next form your dough into cylinders about 2 inches long. Then fry your cylinders to obtain a brown golden color, drain and serve with Pepper peanut dip.
