Members of the restaurant industry don't always look up those in food media, but Anthony Bourdain's experience in the trenches with the rest of us, plus his frequent admissions that he probably could't keep up if he was thrown back on the line, have earned him great respect among the general cooking profession. Now he's got a new show starting in November.
Offering a more urban focused perspective than his last series, No Reservations, Bourdain will be traveling through major cities in North America, Europe, and Asia to seek out recommendations on the best food & bars each has to offer. From "dive bars to five stars," the show should highlight some interesting food this season.
