This one’s a wow. Not simply produced from honey but from honey blossoms which grow wild in the Bavarian forest. Hand gathered, the flowers are gently pressed to make honey wine better known as mead. After fermentation has taken its natural course, the wine is aged for 3 full years before becoming a wonderfully mild fragrant vinegar. Blend it with pumpkin seed oil and pour over summer salads. A must-try marinade for chicken. Sweet.
