Height: Our standard height for all line embroidery is 0.4" for ALL CAPS and 0.35" for Upper and Lower Case. Time: Embroidery orders add ten working days to an order. Return Policy: Embroidered garments cannot be returned. Please check your garment sizes and embroidery needs for accuracy. Placement: Embroidery placement is referred to as from the vantage point of someone wearing the garment. Jackets & Tunics: For best results, please limit total characters (including space) to 16 or less. Women & Extra Small Jackets: Most logos must be reduced in size and it is recommended that no more than 12 letters are used.. Kids Jackets: Lines on the right or left side must be 10 letters or less. Logos are normally placed in the center of the jacket and may also have to be reduced. Bib Aprons: Standard logo placement is top center. Bistro Aprons: Standard placement is top left hip framed across from pocket. Bottom left and right are also available.
