|8 tsp Active Yeast • (x 2/3 for dry yeast)|
|8 tsp Sugar|
Add to a stand mixer with a dough hook.
|8 tsp Olive Oil|
|6.66 cup Water • Warm|
Add Olive Oil & water with the mixer running.
Rise 2x then brush with more olive oil & grill till done.
