7.5 oz • Ground chuck
1 each • Rustic Hamburger Bun
2 oz • Blue cheese - crumbled
1 oz • Iceberg
1 each • Tomato Slice
2 tbsp • Bacon Bit Mayo
5 oz • Frites
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Season and grill burger to desired temperature.

2. Top with blue cheese and allow to melt.

3. Meanwhile, toast the bun.

4. Spread bacon bit mayo on both sides of the bun.

5. Place the lettuce & tomato on the bottom bun and top with the burger.

6. Serve with fries.
