Red pepper syrup
Primary Method: Reduction
4 fl oz
|4 each • Red pepper • rough chop|
|1.2 cup • Rice Wine Vinegar|
Take ribs and seeds out of pepper, rough chop. Place in blender. Blend for 3 minutes. Strain through chinos.
Mix the rice wine red pepper mixture with honey than place on stove low medium heat. Let sit, and reduce till syrup texture.
If you are not sure when ready place a chilled spoon in sauce wait a moment then touch it. Your looking for it to be like glue/syrup.
