Zinfandel Reduction

Step 1
1 gal • Zinfandel • or any other red wine
1/2 gal • Port Wine
1 cup • Balsamic vinegar
1 cup • sugar
2 each • Bay leaves
10 each • peppercorns
1. Combine all ingredients and reduce until desired consistency is reached

2. Remove from heat and strain.
