Almond Brittle

Step 1
6 cup • Sliced almonds • toasted
1/2 cup • Honey
2 tbsp • Sea Salt
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl

2. Place the almond & honey mixture on a sheet tray with a silpat (or on greased parchment paper)

3. Bake the almonds at 275F for approximately 20 minutes

4. Allow to cool slightly

5. Carefully remove the brittle from the pan and form into clusters
