Grilled Dijon Chicken Breast
|6 oz • Chicken breast • even thickness|
|1 tsp • CG Seasoning • recipe# 320|
|2 tbsp • Dijon Marinade • recipe #193|
1. Season the chicken on both sides with the seasoning mix and grill, flipping once and creating cross pattern grill marks.
2. Brush the chicken breast with the dijon marinade and finish cooking in the oven.
3. Serve on a sandwich or slice on a bias as shown to top a salad.
