Bourbon Cranberry Sauce

Has both savory (great on roast meats) & sweet applications (great on ice cream, cheesecake, etc...).

Step 1
1 lb • Cranberries
1 cup • Maker's Mark Bourbon
1.5 cup • Sugar
Dump in a pot, bring to boil, simmer until done. Cool & refrigerate (up to 6 months).

*can also be cooked in the oven at 350 for about 45 minutes, however be careful as the alcohol can ignite/blow the door open (has happened to me many times).
