Gorgonzola Crouton

1 each • baguette • sliced
2 cup • Gorgonzola cheese • crumbled
1/4 cup • olive oil
1. Slice the baguette

2. Brush each slice with the olive oil

3. Toast for 1 minute in the oven

4. Top each slice with 1 T crumbled gorgonzola

5. Return the croutins to the oven and allow to melt.
