Mini Mason Jar Peach Cobbler

Thanks to Truvia® Natural Sweetener and Truvia® Brown Sugar Blend, this peach cobbler recipe has 26% fewer calories and 80% less sugar than the regular sweetened version. This dessert is also perfectly portion controlled into mini mason jars, so it is impossible to overindulge.

Step 1
1/2 cup • Butter - unsalted
1/3 cup • Truvía® Natural Sweetener
1 1/2 tbsp • Truvía® Natural Sweetener
1 cup • Flour
2 tsp • Baking powder
1/4 tsp • Salt
3/4 cup • Skim milk
1 can • peaches in juice, diced
2 tsp • Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend
2 tsp • Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Put 1 tsp of butter into a 4 oz jelly mason jar.

Place in oven until butter is melted, approximately 2 minutes and set aside.

Sieve together the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt into a medium bowl.

Whisk in milk.

Put 11⁄2 Tbsp of batter into each jar.

Add 1 tsp (3-4 chunks) diced peaches on top of the batter.

Top with a 1⁄8 tsp Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend and 1⁄8tsp of cinnamon .

Bake for 12-14 minutes.

Let them cool before serving.
