|3/4 oz • Mezcal Blanco|
|1 oz • Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Roasted Red Pepper puree • thawed|
|1 oz • Lime juice|
|1 oz • Agave nectar|
|3 dash • roasted pasilla chile powder|
Combine first 5 ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain into a glass with fresh ice. Finish with a Roasted Red Pepper and pasilla chile foam. Garnish with pasilla chile salt around the rim.
