0.5 cup • Water
1 tbsp • Honey
3 leaf • Laurel
10 piece • Coriander seed
10 piece • Pepper corn
6 piece • Capers in Wine Vinegar
Remove the fish bones from lb of fresh sardines, anchovies or herrings.

Let the fish marinate for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
