|2 tbsp • Greek-style yoghurt|
|2 tbsp • Wholegrain mustard|
|2 • Green chillies • finely chopped|
|1/2 tsp • Sugar|
|1 tsp • Dill • finely chopped|
|1 tsp • Vegetable or corn oil|
|• Mustard oil • to finish|
Meanwhile, mix together a second marinade in a small bowl with the yoghurt, wholegrain mustard, chillies, sugar and dill.
Heat the oil in a large ovenproof frying pan, add the fish and and sear on each side. Remove from the heat and spread with the second marinade. Transfer to a 350 degree oven and cook for 10-12 minutes. Drizzle with mustard oil and serve with Green Pea Relish.
