Panacotta with Wild Hibiscus Flower

Step 1
1 tbsp • Agar Agar (flakes)
1.5 cup • Heavy cream
1.5 cup • Sugar
1.75 cup • Buttermilk
2 tbsp • Wild Hibiscus Syrup (on the jar)
2 piece • Wild hibiscus Flowers
Heat the cream; add the sugar and stir until it is completely dissolved.

Add the syrup and the flowers, sliced.

Add the agar agar flakes , and let simmer 5 minutes.

Remove from the stove, and add the buttermilk.

Put in ramekins, and put in the fridge until the custard is set.
Step 2
The presentation:

Turn the panacotta out of the pan, (or let it on the ramekins)

Sprinkle with syrup, and put a flower that you will open.
