|1 tbsp • Agar Agar (flakes)|
|1.5 cup • Heavy cream|
|1.5 cup • Sugar|
|1.75 cup • Buttermilk|
|2 tbsp • Wild Hibiscus Syrup (on the jar)|
|2 piece • Wild hibiscus Flowers|
Heat the cream; add the sugar and stir until it is completely dissolved.
Add the syrup and the flowers, sliced.
Add the agar agar flakes , and let simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from the stove, and add the buttermilk.
Put in ramekins, and put in the fridge until the custard is set.
