|1/2 • of a medium Green Zebra tomato, or other heirloom tomato that’s green when ripe|
|2 • rings Lindsay® Hot Sliced Jalapeno Peppers|
|pinch • sea salt or kosher salt|
|1 1/2 oz • dry gin|
|1/2 oz • green Chartreuse|
|1/2 oz • freshly squeezed lemon juice|
|• celery bitters|
|• fresh herb sprig, for garnish|
Muddle the tomato, pepper rings, and salt together in a mixing glass.
Add the gin, Chartreuse, and lemon juice, and shake well with ice.
Strain through a fine strainer into a chilled cocktail glass.
Add two dashes of celery bitters, and garnish with an herb sprig.
