|1/2 cup • Sour cream|
|1 cup • Cheddar cheese • shredded|
|3 tbsp • Scallions • chopped|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
Serve in a bowl and garnish with shredded cheddar, a dollop of sour cream and pinch of chopped scallion served with a side of oyster crackers.
