1 cup • Cheddar cheese • shredded |
3 tbsp • Scallions • chopped |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Serve in a bowl and garnish with shredded cheddar, a dollop of sour cream and pinch of chopped scallion served with a side of oyster crackers.
