|3 tbsp • Olive oil|
|1 dash • Black pepper|
|2/3 cup • Beer Vinegar|
Add 3 tbsp of olive oil.
Fry the pineapple slices on both sides.
Place it in a shallow baking dish.
Season with 1 dash of black pepper (coarsely ground).
Pour 2/3 cup of beer vinegar over it.
Cover it and marinate for 24 hrs.
