Sliced Pineapple in Beer Vinegar

Step 1
1 piece • Pineapple
Peel, core and remove eyes from 1 pineapple.

Cut it into thin slices.

Heat pan.
Step 2
3 tbsp • Olive oil
1 dash • Black pepper
2/3 cup • Beer Vinegar
Add 3 tbsp of olive oil.

Fry the pineapple slices on both sides.

Place it in a shallow baking dish.

Season with 1 dash of black pepper (coarsely ground).

Pour 2/3 cup of beer vinegar over it.

Cover it and marinate for 24 hrs.
