|2 tbsp • Canola oil|
|8 piece • Eggs|
|1 cup • Parmesan cheese|
|0.5 cup • Heavy cream|
|1 tbsp • Parsley • chopped|
|• Noble sour T|
Heat in a pan thinly sliced 1 large onion
Sauté the onions with 2 tbsp. of canola oil
Mix thoroughly together :
1 cup of parmesan cheese
A half of cup of heavy cream
1 tbsp. of chopped parsley
Add to the onions, cover, and fry gently on low heat until eggs curdle - they should be
of a slightly creamy consistency.
Shortly before eggs are done, uncover and drizzle Noble Sour T over it.
Serve it covered, so that the aromas of the eggs and the vinegar can unfold.
