Brunch Cup

Step 1
1 oz • Hangar 1 Straight Vodka
3/4 oz • Lemon juice
3 slice • English cucumber
1 oz • Sweet vermouth
1 oz • Dry vermouth
3/4 oz • spicy ginger syrup (2 parts ginger juice, 1 part simple syrup)
1 1/2 oz • Club soda
• Mint sprig • for garnish
In a shaker, muddle the lemon juice and cucumber slices. Add the vodka, vermouths and ginger syrup, and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a Mason jar filled with fresh ice. Top with the club soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
