Step 1
1/4 cup • Fish sauce
1 tbsp • Sriracha sauce
1/4 cup • Freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup • Sugar
1/4 cup • Carrot • finely grated
2 tbsp • Water
2 tbsp • Fresh cilantro leaves • chopped
1 tbsp • Fresh mint leaves • chopped
1 • Thai bird chile • thinly sliced
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Set aside until ready to serve.
