50 g • Muscovado Sugar
5 g • Lapsang Soochong Tea
2.5 g • Powdered Lecithin
Bring milk and sugar to a boil, infuse tea for four minutes.

Strain, add lecithin, and froth with emulsifying blade of immersion blender.
