Bloody Mary Chili

2 cups • Master of Mixes Bloody Mary mix
1 tbsp • Canola oil
1 • Onion • diced
4 • Garlic cloves • minced
2 lb • ground Chuck
2 • 14 oz can crushed tomatoes
2 • 14 oz cans pinto beans
4 tbsp • Chili powder
2 tbsp • Ground cumin
2 tbsp • Ground coriander
2 tbsp • Salt
In a medium pot, heat pil. Add onions and saute for five minutes then add garlic, ground beef, and spices. Cook on medium heat until brown, about five minutes. Add Master of Mixes Bloody Mary Mix, beans and tomatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes.

(can garnish with sour cream and shredded cheese if desired)
