|1/4 • Onion • sliced|
|1 • Garlic clove|
|100 g • Habanero chile|
|Salt to taste|
Bake the tomatoes, onion pieces, garlic and habanero chile for 35 minutes at 350 degrees, or until you take a little color without burning.
Blend these ingredients with a little water. Season with salt to taste.
You can also add chopped onion and cilantro with some diced avocado. It is very delicious.
