The Sour Scotsman

A variation on the traditional whisky sour that's been around since 1872. The Auchentoshan 12 Years Old helps to make this iteration lighter and slightly sweeter. Add a dash of egg white, to create a Boston Sour (Scottish Style).

Step 1
• Juice of lemon
1 1/2 tsp • Sugar
2 • measures Auchentoshan 12 Year Old
12.5 mL • Egg white
• Soda water to top off
Shake the ingredients with ice, and strain into a small tumbler.

Add a good dash of soda water - then decorate with a slice of orange.
