|2 cups • shredded Monterrey Jack cheese|
|4 oz • chopped green chiles|
|2 • Avocados • pitted, peeled, diced|
|2 • Plum tomatoes • chopped|
|• Sour cream • for serving|
|• hot sauce • for serving|
Heat gas or charcoal grill. Spray 12x18-inch foil pan with cooking spray. Spread bean chips in pan, and sprinkle with cheese and green chiles. Cover pan with foil.
Place foil pan on grill over medium heat. Cover grill: cook 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Carefully remove foil. Top nachos with avocados, tomatoes, sour cream, and drizzle of hot sauce. serve warm.
