Spinach Salad with Hot Blueberry-Sesame Dressing

Step 1
2 cup • Spinach • trimmed and torn
0.5 cup • Mushrooms • sliced
0.5 cup • Bean spourts
0.5 piece • Red onion • very thinly sliced
Place 2 cups of trimmed and torn spinach into bite-size pieces in a bowl.

Add:

A half cup of fresh sliced mushrooms.

A half cup of bean sprouts.

A half of red onion (very thinly sliced).
Step 2
2 tsp • Virgin Argan Oil
4 tsp • Sesame seeds
4 tbsp • Virgin Argan Oil
4 tbsp • Blueberry Vinegar
1 tsp • Soy sauce
1 dash • Garlic Salt
• Ground pepper
- Sesame-Dressing.

Heat 2 tsp. of Virgin Argan Oil in a small skillet.

Cook 4 tsp. of sesame seeds over moderate heat, stirring constantly until the sesame seeds are golden-brown and cool slightly.

Blend with:

4 tbsp. of Virgin Argan Oil

4 tbsp. of Blueberry vinegar

1 tsp. of soy sauce

1 Dash of garlic salt

Add to the pan freshly ground pepper.

Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is boiling.

Remove the pan from the heat, pour the dressing onto the salad, toss to coat and serve immediately.
