|• ¼ stick of butter (room temperature)|
|1 lb • Brown sugar|
|1/2 tsp • Ground cloves|
|1/2 tsp • Ground nutmeg|
|1/2 tsp • Ground cinnamon|
|1 pinch • Salt|
|1/2 tsp • Vanilla extract|
|1/2 tsp • Water|
|1 1/2 oz • spiced rum per serving|
|2 cups • Apple cider|
Place all the spices, with the butter and sugar, into a mixing bowl fitted with the whip attachment.
On a medium speed cream the mixture together till smooth.
Take the 2 cups apple cider, pour into a pot and heat over a medium flame until hot.
Take a serving glass and place approximately 1 T. of the butter mixture into the glass.
Top with 1 ½ oz spiced rum, then pour the cup of hot cider on top.
Mix with a spoon until incorporated.
Then drink and enjoy.
