Mama's Green Chili With Pork

Step 1
2 lb • Pork • diced
3/4 cup • Flour
1 gal • Water
1/2 lb • Green chiles • chopped
3 clove • Garlic
2 tbsp • Salt
14 1/2 oz • Diced tomato
1 tbsp • Garlic salt
Cook pork in a large saucepan until browned. Take pork out of the pan and brown flour in the remaining oil. Add 1 gallon of water, green chile, garlic, and salt. Bring to a boil and add tomatoes and garlic salt. Boil for 30 minutes and the simmer for 45 more minutes.
