Champagne Mojito

This take on the classic Mojito originally created by nationally-acclaimed Restaurant DANIEL in NYC. Made with FACUNDO NEO, a balanced blend of medium-to heavy-bodied rums aged up to 8 years from the FACUNDO Rum Collection, and champagne for a bit of effervescence.

2 part • Facundo Neo
2 part • Champagne
1 dash •  Angostura Bitters
1 • bar spoon sugar in the raw
3/4 part • fresh lime juice
3/4 part • simple syrup
8 • Mint leaves
Combine mint, sugar in the raw, lime juice and muddle. Add simple syrup and rum in a shaker. Shake the mix with ice and double strain into a high ball filled with ice. Top with Angostura bitters & Champagne. Garnish with a lime wheel and a fresh mint sprig.
