Step 1
4 lb • Cream cheese
1 lb 2.5 oz • Sugar
Cream together cream cheese and sugar till smooth.
Step 2
3/4 oz • Lemon juice
3 tsp • Vanilla
3 tsp • Cornstarch
Whisk lemon juice, vanilla and cornstarch together in separate bowl and add to cream cheese mixture.
Step 3
6 • Eggs
Slowly add eggs till incorporated, scraping down bowl so no lumps appear.
Step 4
5 oz • Heavy cream
1 cup • Frangelico liqueur
Add cream and liqueur.
Step 5
• Pam cooking spray
• Graham cracker crumbs
Spray bottom of cake pan with Pam cooking spray. Then sprinkle graham cracker crumbs in a thin coating and pour cheesecake batter to height in pan.

Bake at 300 in water bath till set.
