Cayenne Rosemary Fizz

45 mL • Patron Silver
1 sprig • Rosemary • 3 inch sprig
15 mL • Simple syrup
120 mL • San Pellegrino
1 pinch • Kosher salt • small pinch
1 pinch • Cayenne Pepper • small pinch
• Lemon Slice (for garnish)
• Rosemary Sprig (for garnish)
Put rosemary into the bottom of a shaker tin and gently muddle to release the oils.

Add the remaining ingredients except San Pellegrino.

Add ice and shake for 15 seconds to chill.

Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a lemon wheel and rosemary spring.
