|15 mL • Simple syrup|
|120 mL • San Pellegrino|
|1 pinch • Kosher salt • small pinch|
|1 pinch • Cayenne Pepper • small pinch|
|• Lemon Slice (for garnish)|
|• Rosemary Sprig (for garnish)|
Put rosemary into the bottom of a shaker tin and gently muddle to release the oils.
Add the remaining ingredients except San Pellegrino.
Add ice and shake for 15 seconds to chill.
Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and rosemary spring.
