Naturelle Bavarian Cream

Step 1
1/4 cup • Pure Maple Syrup
1/3 cup • Skimmed Ricotta Cheese
1/3 cup • Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/4 tsp • Vanilla Extract
Mix maple syrup, ricotta cheese, yogurt, and vanilla in blender. Whip till smooth.
Step 2
1/2 tsp • Gelatin
1 tsp • Water
Dissolve gelatin in warm water. Add a little dessert base to dissolved gelatin. Slowly mix gelatin into the rest of the base. Chill overnight.
