Deviled Eggs

Step 1
4 whole • Eggs • Hard cooked
2 tbsp • Grated cheese
1/4 tsp • Mustard
Kosher salt to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste
1 tsp • Vinegar
1 tbsp • Butter - melted
Milk as needed
Cut eggs in half lenghtwise. Remove yolk, mash of force through a sieve, add remaining ingredients and enough milk to moisten the mixture. Fill the whites and put halves together. Place on a non metallic dish, wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
