Bubble Tea (Boba)

This can be made with various flavors of tea and different types of tapioca pearls. Almond, coconut or soy milk can be used in place of cow's milk.
Step 1
1 tsp • Sugar
1/3 cup • Black pearl tapioca
1 cup • Brewed black tea
2 tbsp • Milk
4 tsp • Sugar
• Ice cubes
Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and stir until dissolved. Add the pearl tapioca and cook for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse. Put in refrigerator to until chilled.

Place the tea, milk, and 4 teaspoons of sugar into a cocktail shaker. Stir until milk is mixed in well and sugar is dissolved. Add ice and shake to chill drink. Pour into a glad and add the tapioca.
