|1 lb Baby Carrots|
|2 oz Whey, filtered|
|1 tbsp Butter - unsalted|
|2 oz Honey or Agave Syrup|
|1 tbsp Coriander Seeds • toasted, coarse ground|
Combine carrots, whey, butter, honey and coriander in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, cover and cook at a low simmer for approximately 12-14 minutes.
