Coriander Carrots

Step 1
1 lb Baby Carrots
2 oz Whey, filtered
1 tbsp Butter - unsalted
2 oz Honey or Agave Syrup
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds • toasted, coarse ground
Combine carrots, whey, butter, honey and coriander in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, cover and cook at a low simmer for approximately 12-14 minutes.
Step 2
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp Parsley, flat leaf • chopped
Uncover and continue to cook until the liquids forms a glaze and coat the carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Add parsley.
