Step 1
1/2 oz • Mushrooms • sliced
1/2 oz • Red, green and yellow pepper • in strips
1/2 oz • Broccoli florets
1/2 oz • Onion • diced
Lightly steam vegetables.
Step 2
1 • Whole wheat flour tortilla
3 oz • Tomato sauce • see recipe
2 tbsp • Fresh herbs
Brush tortilla with tomato sauce and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
Step 3
2 oz • Smoked chicken
2 tbsp • Parmesan cheese • grated
Lay vegetable and chicken strips on top of tortilla. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake until lightly brown and crisp. Gently slide tortilla onto plate and serve.
