Mango and Red Onion Salsa

Step 1
2 whole • Mangos • peeled
1/2 cup • Red onion • finely diced
1 whole • Red bell peppers • seeded
3 whole • Jalapeño peppers
3 tbsp • Fresh orange juice
2 tbsp • Extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher sal to taste
Cut the mangos into a 1/2 inch dice. Slice peppers very thinly crosswise. Finley dice jalapenos reserving some seeds for the salsa. The more seeds used the hotter the salsa. Combine all ingredients and season with salt. Chill and serve.
